The hotel was quaint and overall clean, everything was perfect. I got neat and updated room with windows facing the harbour, a sweeping view of Victoria Harbour and a TV with anttenas as advertised. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast I had was very good and excellent on cake. We had a fantastic stay at a quaint inn with a lovely garden. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Inner Harbor. The breakfast was delicious, especially the tea selection. Although the building was older, it added to its charm. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating us with early check-in. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the charming Victorian-style decor in the rooms to the tiered tray breakfast served like a delightful "high tea". The location overlooking the harbor is especially good for people arriving on the Victoria Clipper or the Black Ball Ferry, as it is very close to the water and attractions such as the Empress Hotel, Museum, and the #70 bus stop. The staff is friendly and attentive, catering to customer requirements and showing great respect.

All was well with our stay at this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my breakfast fabulous, accommodating my dietary restrictions. From the moment I checked in, the service was top-notch. Gavin, the staff member who assisted me, was awesome and provided me with interesting information about the history of the property. The room was comfortable and functional, with a beautiful claw foot tub. Staying at this hotel felt like being in a living museum, in all the best ways. Additionally, the breakfast provided was incredibly delicious and a great value. The hotel's location was perfect, right across the street from the Victoria Clipper pier in Victoria's inner harbor. The view from my room was lovely, and I was able to easily explore the downtown area with its great walking district and proximity to good restaurants.

    Nothing to mention

The location of the hotel was perfect, providing easy access to various attractions. The view from our room was stunning, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfasts served at the hotel were absolutely delicious and the service provided was top-notch.

One aspect that I didn't particularly enjoy was the check-in process. It was a bit confusing and not as smooth as I would have liked.

I had an amazing stay at this adorable hotel right on the harbor. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown and sights of the city. The hotel facilities were great, with newly renovated rooms that were clean and quiet. The high tea for breakfast was a unique touch, and they even had a vegan option available. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

    All good.
