Greatly enjoyed our stay at this modern hotel, it was excellent. Always neat and updated rooms with a view. The property's location was incredible, near Royal BC Museum as well as the inner harbor down the street.

The hotel was quaint and overall clean, everything was perfect. I got neat and updated room with windows facing the harbour, a sweeping view of Victoria Harbour and a TV with anttenas as advertised. The staff were exceptional, the breakfast I had was very good and excellent on cake. Location: the property was very close to the ferry to Port Angeles, and the center of Victoria and the parliment👍❤

We had a fantastic stay at a quaint inn with a lovely garden. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the Inner Harbor. The breakfast was delicious, especially the tea selection. Although the building was older, it added to its charm. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating us with early check-in. I highly recommend this hotel.

the room was fairly quiet and bright with a nice view of victoria and my experience was such great. throughout the day staff were very cordial and nice.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the charming Victorian-style decor in the rooms to the tiered tray breakfast served like a delightful "high tea". The location overlooking the harbor is especially good for people arriving on the Victoria Clipper or the Black Ball Ferry, as it is very close to the water and attractions such as the Empress Hotel, Museum, and the #70 bus stop. The staff is friendly and attentive, catering to customer requirements and showing great respect.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my breakfast fabulous, accommodating my dietary restrictions. From the moment I checked in, the service was top-notch. Gavin, the staff member who assisted me, was awesome and provided me with interesting information about the history of the property. The room was comfortable and functional, with a beautiful claw foot tub. Staying at this hotel felt like being in a living museum, in all the best ways. Additionally, the breakfast provided was incredibly delicious and a great value. The hotel's location was perfect, right across the street from the Victoria Clipper pier in Victoria's inner harbor. The view from my room was lovely, and I was able to easily explore the downtown area with its great walking district and proximity to good restaurants.
